15 May Avocado, pomegranate and feta toast

- 2 slices of multigrain bread
- ½ avocado, sliced or smashed
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup pomegranate arils/seeds
- Place the bread into a toaster or grill and cook to desired temperature.
- Evenly layer the sliced or smashed avocado on top of the 2 slices of toast.
- Top with the crumbled feta and pomegranate arils.
- Serve and enjoy!
