Avocado, pomegranate and feta toast


  • 2 slices of multigrain bread
  • ½ avocado, sliced or smashed
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup pomegranate arils/seeds



  1. Place the bread into a toaster or grill and cook to desired temperature.
  2. Evenly layer the sliced or smashed avocado on top of the 2 slices of toast.
  3. Top with the crumbled feta and pomegranate arils.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
