Drinkable pistachio-oatmeal


½ pear, chopped

1 banana, chopped

2 tbsps of oats

1 pinch of ground cinnamon

1 dried date, pitted

1 cup of rice milk

1 tbsp of pistachios

1 tsp of chia seeds


1. Place all ingredients into a blender.

2. If desired, add a few ice cubes.

3. Blend until smooth then serve and enjoy!

Makes 1 smoothie
